September 20, 2016:  H is for Hawk by Helen Macdonald
A lovely memoir of how the author dealt with her grief over her father’s death by training a goshawk. Filled with historical facts about falconry and T. H. White.

October 18:  Ordinary Grace by William Kent Krueger
During his thirteenth year, Frank Drum explores how a complicated web of secrets, adultery, and betrayal shattered his Methodist family and their small 1961 Minnesota community. Beautiful storytelling

November 15, 2016: The Wright Brothers by David McCullough
The incredible history of Orville and Wilbur Wright and their marvelous development of the “flying machine.”
